Blog Stops and Hop

The blog tour keeps rolling along!  Here's where you will find me today :)

Jay Mims for an uncoventional interview

Medeia Shariff's to discuss book like vs. love

And the final stop on Saturday...whew...

Suzy Turner's for a Fate Intended excerpt

That done...let's Hop!

The talented and charming Kyra Lennon and Rachel Schieffelbein, have brought back-

It's an easy hop. Take the WIP you're currently working on and cast your imaginary movie.

Not sure if I'm revealing too much by admitting~ I am grossly out of touch with all things Hollywood. All I know is what I read in the tabloid headlines as I wait in grocery store lines. All good knowledge, I'm sure, but me knowing that Jennifer Anniston has been preggers over a hundred times and that the pretty Kardashian (Kim?) has a big butt doesn't help me cast my next book's characters.

Miss Norah
But lack of knowledge has NEVER stopped me before, so I called in my niece, Kari Dinardo, the mommy of the ever-charming Norah.

 Remember her?

Here she is...beautifying Mommy's door.

Thoughtful little gal, isn't she?

Now for the cast of Bella's Point, my next book...hopefully coming before summer 2014!

In the shambles of the war torn south, the former belle of Troy County must find a way to survive the Reconstruction by doing the only sensible thing she can think to do...buy herself a husband.

    1. I know. Whatever I can't do myself, I outsource. That truly is my greatest gift.

  3. Your next book sounds great, although the Brit in me read Agnus as Angus to start with - and wondered why a lady would have a Scottish man's name.

Just bought Fate Intended... these blog hops work, don't they? ;-)

    1. I totally spelled Agnes wrong!! I took it straight from the notes Kari sent me, so I blame her ;)

You know yesterday, I read it as Angus too and thought...I might need to change her name!

    1. She has a dream of becoming a casting director, not that she's not busy enough with three kids, school, and a job.

    1. Aren't I magnificent? Totally didn't pick a single one, but I did approve them, so that's what matters, right?

  7. Haven't even heard of some of those picks there, maybe I'm out of touch too

    1. Isn't she though? Her mom should leave that door just the way it is until she starts dating.

    1. Honestly, I can't think of a single show/movie she is in, so I can't say. I have no idea ever who to cast...which is why I outsource the project.

  17. I like Eric Bana and don't think he gets enough credit. I would say more, but I can't stop staring at Michael Ealy's beautiful grey eyes.

No photo of me for the cast of your potential book. Maybe my celebrity dog, then. As for blog hops! Argghhhhhh!!!

  20. I'm out of touch too, I only know some of the people here but the ones I know I like! (which I guess is only Brooke Elliott - loved her in Drop Dead Diva - I've seen Eric Bana before but can't remember in what) :)

    1. I've never seen Drop Dead Diva. Sounds good.

The only movie I remember Eric Bana in was Troy with Brad Pitt. He was quite the hottie in that movie!

  21. How fun! I can't ever cast my books because I don't know who the big stars are. Oh--and my books are about 10-year-olds!
