Meet Elizabeth: Pants Wetter
I know, I know...you're dying to see my baby picture~
But first, I want to thank Trisha at Words + Stuff for coming up with such a fun idea!
I also have an announcement and a favor...
I have a book releasing on December 15, 2012.
(YAY...feel free to happy dance with me!!)
Now, I gave birth to boy #3 (Carter) on December 16 back in 1997 and I have learned over the past fifteen years since that wonderful event, that celebrations are a total pain in the weeks before the most awesome holiday (well, in my opinion) on the planet!
So, just like Carter's birthday...I am planning my book launch for January 15, 2013.
The favor?
I need bloggie friend help and love.
Invite me over to your blog in January so I can spread the word.
I swear, I won't wear my shoes on your carpet!
And, I have an idea to make the posts as fun and fresh as I can~
But we will discuss the details once I don't have candy cane brain.
If you can help me out...
Shoot me an email:

NOW...
My baby picture!!!
I love to share pictures of little me.
She's much more adorable than big me.
Meet little Elizabeth, middle name Merry.
She enjoys tinsel, fat men in red suits, and sneaking a peak at Christmas gifts.
Woot Woot!! It's December peeps!!
Merry Christmas!!!!!
Cute! <3

Fun pic! It really conveys your joy in the Yuletide season. :-)
ReplyDeleteSome Dark Romantic
I was totally excited. I would get so excited for Christmas, I would often throw up. Gross, but true!
DeleteOh, dear! I hope you've grown out of that reaction to excitement! ;-)
DeleteHow sweet!
ReplyDeleteI can totally help with the book launch! Emailing you now :)
You're awesome Ms. Kelley!!
DeleteCount me in your book launch! Please feel free to check out my "Contact Me" on my blog and shoot me an email :) Congratulations, Liz! :)
ReplyDeleteI emailed you!!!! :)
DeleteThanks Livia!! You rock!
DeleteYou're so adorable in the photo Liz. Even in black and white you exude that childish glow. I'm in for the the book launch and will email you today about visiting my blog in January.
ReplyDeleteI was a happy kid. I guess that's what you get when you name a girl Merry!
DeleteWhat a gorgeous photo! I've neglected my blog a bit lately but plan on putting that right, so I'd love to host you - I'll email. Enjoy the party season and a Merry Christmas to you (and a happy birthday to Carter!)
ReplyDeleteI'll pass the word to Carter! Thanks for the help...and I totally understand neglect! There is so much to do. But glad you're up and ready to help me! :)
DeleteTinsel is so cool, but it's a horrible mess and I refuse to use it! Especially with kids. It'd be all over the place.
ReplyDeleteI won't use it either. Hate the static it causes and it reaches out and grabs you!
DeleteThanks Annalisa! It's one of my favorite pictures.
ReplyDeleteLove that excited expression on your face!
ReplyDeleteI like it too. Believe it or not, I remember that day. I got busted sneaking into packages. My grandma (who has passed on) felt bad for me and let me open her gift early. It was my first Barbie!! Which I just loved.
DeleteYou look like Santa just gave you your favorite Christmas present! Love that pic. :)
ReplyDeleteI love the holidays! Always did...hopefully always will. :)
DeleteAwwww! Look at you! I just want to squeeze your little face, lol! And you can come to my blog anytime! I like the traffic you bring! :P
ReplyDeleteI bring traffic because I drive really slow and they back up behind me!
DeleteYou look very merry! And quite cute!! Cheers!
ReplyDeleteMy rotten older brother used to always tell me..."You were just a cute little girl, too bad you outgrew it."
DeleteBig brothers! They keep you humble.
Cute picture! And I'm happy to host you for your blog hop, though should probably warn you I request leaving pants at the door as well... erm... But if you are interested, email me: hartjohnson23(at)gmail(dot)com.
ReplyDeleteHmmm...drop off my pants? Well, I guess...as long as there are no cameras rolling!
DeleteThanks Hart!!
I'll bet you still get this excited about Christmas, right?
ReplyDeleteYes I do. Even if it is a whole like more work as an adult than it was as a kid!
DeleteThat's a great photo capture of sheer Christmas delight.

Isn't it though? My dad was an awesome photographer. He knew how to sneak up on people and capture moments, not just get a picture.
DeleteThat's such a beautiful HUGE tree with a beautiful tiny girl. :)
ReplyDeleteI miss those huge trees! My parents have an old Victorian house with tall ceilings. I have low ceiling, so normal size tree for me!
DeleteWith a middle name of Merry (I am assuming you were serious about this) how could you not enjoy Christmas! Cute photo!
ReplyDeleteMy third child will be turning two between Christmas and New Years and my husband always jokes that he only gets presents once. And our older kids are up-in-arms defending their little brother!
Yep, my middle name really is Merry.
DeleteIt is unfair to those holiday babies! They get squeezed. That's why we party in January. We will give him gifts from us and have him a cake with mom, dad, and brothers, but he has his bigger party in January. Stuff is on clearance then...so it's a win!
Great picture! Nothing like a little tinsel and shiny boxes to brighten a little one's day! And congrats on the book release!
ReplyDeleteThanks Jeff!
DeleteI love when kids do the big open-mouthed happy smile! There's no happier way to smile.
ReplyDeleteCongratulations on your book release!
Shannon at The Warrior Muse
Those kind of smiles are priceless. :D
DeleteAwe - so very cute. Congratulations on the book release!!!
ReplyDeleteThanks Judie!
DeleteHow adorable - look at that happy face!
ReplyDeleteI was happy. Good times!
DeleteWhat a happy Christmas pic of you! Cute. And I can relate to the birthdays-too-close-to-Christmas syndrome, since my second daughter was born on Dec. 14!
