1. I'm headed off to swim with the sharks, err, I mean I'm going to the beach!

3. Tara has some secrets to share...
No, it's not our breast reduction to A Cup status or our puny little arms as we raise the roof and our disco ball...
WE ARE
WE ARE
The REALLY REAL HOUSEWIVES!!
Liz and I are starting a new venture together! We are going to create a blog for women. I always get a lot of requests for my Lazy Housewife posts. And since Liz and I are so simpatico on motherhood and working and life, we are going to lend our wisdom to others. As you can see, we have the Lazy Housewife philosophy of getting our chores done so we can PARTY! Well, something like that...
Anyway, hoping to get it up and running in the next month or so. It will be completely different from our writing blogs, more about life lessons we've learned with raising a family and avoiding chores. If you have any topics you'd like us to discuss, please mention them in the comments! And wish us bon debut!
Thanks Liz, for helping me with my POP TRAVEL cover reveal - it's insatiable! And the re-release has a sneak peek at the first chapter of SIMULATION which comes out Sept 14th!
POP TRAVEL
by Tara Tyler
Re-released July 1, 2015
In 2080, technology has gone too far for private detective J. L. Cooper. He thinks he can avoid pop travel teleportation, until he stumbles onto a video of a pop traveler who turns to dust.
Sparking a series of murders, attempts on his life, and threats to his brother, Cooper wants to pass off the evidence but knows he’s being watched and can’t trust anyone. And who would believe him?
With help from the neurotic genius “Creator” of pop travel and a beautiful Southern charmer, Cooper must expose the deadly glitch and shut it down or die trying. No problem.
Tara Tyler has had a hand at everything from waitressing to rocket engineering. After living up and down the Eastern US, she now writes and teaches math in Ohio with her three active boys and Coach Husband. Currently, she has two series, The Cooper Chronicles (techno-thriller detective capers) and Beast World (MG fantasy) She's an adventure writer who believes every good story should have a moral, and a few laughs!
Also by Tara Tyler, MG/YA Fantasy series, Beast World,
Rocking cover, Tara.

ReplyDeleteLove the cover! And the real housewife blog sounds great! Sometimes I watch those housewife shows, just because I love to shake my head at them. How do they think those puffed up lips look good?! I don't understand...
ReplyDeleteYou girls look so cute up there!
ReplyDeleteGood luck with the new venture!
Hope you don't actually see any sharks, at least close up. And love the new cover to Pop Travel.
ReplyDeletethanks again you guys and Liz, can't wait to hear about your vacation!
ReplyDeleteCheers to the new blog! Even if we aren't your target demographic, let me just say that teaming up on a blog is a ton of fun. And so much less work than running one alone (cough cough). Also, you've got a hell of a great partner in Tara.
ReplyDeleteLove the idea for the new blog. You can count on one follower. :)
ReplyDeleteDoes the sandy area around a lake count as a beach? I hope so, because living in Iowa, it's the only kind of beach I can find! No sharks there, either!
ReplyDeleteOooh! If you guys have any tips on how to entertain a 4yo, feed a 2yo, and not burn dinner at the same time, I'd totally love to hear it. Usually by the time my husband gets home, dinner is burnt, there's cottage cheese all over the floor, and the house is pretty well destroyed.
ReplyDeleteThis should be interesting. Have fun. Great news about Tara's newest!
ReplyDeleteLove the image of the new you. Looking forward to reading the new blog! Congrats to Tara on her re-release. Have fun at the beach!
