Book News and Updates
1. It's spring break for my college guys. We've had fun...even if my rotten red headed son said I ran a horrible bed and breakfast. Not once was there a mint on his pillow.
2. Christine Rains and Chrys Fey gave my books great reviews. AND I won a swag pack for the Loose Corsets tour!! I love swag. I really do. Imagine...when Christine becomes the next JK, I'm going to have autographed stuff to sell on Ebay. I'm telling you, writing will make me rich one way or another.
3. I am finally over my flu like crud and I am so happy to have my voice back! I did have a lot of fun saying, "I am Batman", but I still prefer to sound like a girl.

More book events: Went to Care Haven Assisted living. Excellent place to visit. Friendly people who love reading.
What I'm reading right now?
This is an excellent series. It's no wonder it won the eFestival or Words best series. These stories are a fast paced blend of romance, action, and paranormal with a plenty of fun one liners only the talented Carrie can drop in.
You can buy Loyalty HERE!
But honestly? The best value is to just buy the whole series for 6.99!!

Haha, even if you prefer sounding more feminine, it's fun to pretend to be Batman. But seriously, being sick sucks. It's great you're feeling better.
ReplyDeleteOkay fill college guy an Easter basket full of mints! 30,000 words with THAT blog tour too?!! Those muffins are popping up everywhere. Have Fun!
ReplyDeleteYay for Nick and Carrie! And yay for you for doing so well. Glad you had some fun with your boys. I do the Batman voice so often these days, I'm surprised I don't always sound like that! *LOL* Have a lovely weekend.
ReplyDeleteTut tut about the mints Liz. You sure are planning ahead with your autographed swag. I'm having email problems at the moment so you won't see me around.

ReplyDeleteCongrats to Carrie & Nick!
ReplyDeleteSounds like you're on track. Have a nice weekend.
Yay. Lots of good news. And yes, the A to Z Challenge is definitely marketing. I met so many bloggers last year and many of them have helped with blog tours and cover reveals. If you post and go out and meet others, you can really make a lot of new friends.
ReplyDeleteYou're doing much.
ReplyDeleteA to Z is definitely marketing - I'm hoping to meet a few new bloggers this year. My first go, in 2012, really helped to broaden my writing horizons.
ReplyDeleteD'aww... thanks for the shout-out, Elizabeth! I'm glad you're feeling better. :)
ReplyDeleteWhoa, did you say 30,000 words in March? Said so casually... that's awesome! We didn't even write half of that, and we were on fire this month.
ReplyDeleteYou're on an egg on my blog today.
ReplyDelete30,000 words? In a month? Wow! Well done you :)
ReplyDeleteI love your sense of humour. Imitating Batman during a flu is probably something I wouldn't have even thought of :P
ReplyDeleteI do too, love your sense of humor! And Congrats to winning swag, and to Carrie and Nick!
