(On a side note....Schieffellbein makes a great curse word! Oh holy schieffelbein...works great!)

And be sure to visit Livia Peterson...we're talking movies.

Blogfest! Brought to you by:

A blog fest where I tell you about myself.
Again.
Unless this is your first time here...
then well HI!!! I'm Elizabeth and I'm awesome...
now click the follow button and stick around.

For return peeps...
let me make a confession:

I am boring.
I never dream of sky diving or mountain climbing.
I am content to read a good book.
On the bright side,
I suppose that makes me stable...
so stable I am inert.

See you at the library ;)

  1. For real? I thought for sure, you were the skydiving type. Oh well, I guess we can be boring together because I have no desire to skydive either. The title, Adrenaline Junkie is over-rated, anyway. :)

    1. I know...I come across as the worldly adventurous type, but it's all rumor. And I agree, being an adrenaline junkie is not my speed at all!

  2. Boring? No way, Elizabeth! You have a wonderful family (from what I see of the pics you posted) and you've published 2 books that I know of, and that makes you all kinds of awesome. No skydiving need here! (:

  8. I dream of adventures of a different sort. I'd go through a catacomb but mountain climbing, skydiving...NO. I don't even want to go hiking. I'm a big fan of the cruise vacation ad where the husband and wife are on the cruise then recall their camping experience which was marred by forest animals. Then it went back to cruise and the wife said "Never Again."

And glad to meet you again Liz, Hi I'm Sheena-kay.

  13. Hey Elizabeth,

Ah yes, another one of those blogfests. Think I might start up my very own blogfest that's all about why folks think I'm wonderful. What a blogfest that will be with millions of bloggers getting involved. Did I mention I'm delusional?

A fascinating, riveting list you have delighted us with. Perhaps you might join me in my 'Advanced Thumb-Twiddling' workshop? :)

    Your starstruck fan,

    Gary

    1. Hey Gary...delusions when applied appropriately are money makers. We writers call those thoughts plots.
And yes, I think the thumb twiddling could be rather exciting. As a matter of fact, I have a hard time twiddling. I can only spin in one direction...and I've always wanted to be able to spin one in each direction at the same time!

Remember, there are other types of adventures, besides sky-diving and mountain-climbing... you know the non-life-risking ones...?
    Nice to re-meet you!

  20. HI, again, Elizabeth,

I find it hard to believe you hang around at home and in the libraries. Your personality is way to larger-than-life to be so inert!

Always a pleasure to drop in on you and catch up.

  26. Love this blogfest and meeting so many new faces. I'm a first-time visitor and new follower. The great thing about books is they can take you to all the exciting places, so loving books actually makes you exciting. Or, so I like to believe. Otherwise, I'm stable, too!
